Description of WindowTop Pro

WindowTop Pro allows you to keep any window on top, enable window transparency, click through the transparent window, set dark/reading mode, minimize the window to a small size, and much more.
WindowTop is a free program for keeping windows above others, but it has some paid limitations, such as needing to reset the position each time and lacking a way to save settings. After launching, it resides in the system tray; to start, simply hover your cursor over the top of the window, and you'll see an arrow icon. Point to it, and a small toolbar will appear. This will show up in all windows, whether maximized or in windowed mode. You can drag the toolbar anywhere within the window. In this panel, you can adjust the window's transparency, switch to a dark theme, resize it, and keep it above others.

You can easily set a window to stay on top and even highlight the top window with a red frame! You can configure this behavior in the settings (frame color, etc.).

Anchors
The reason you want to keep a window on top is to return to it faster.

If this is your case, Anchors is the perfect solution for you! Instead of using Always-on-Top, just use Anchors! They will help you access the window with a single click! Faster than ALT+TAB, and it's great for touch screens!
And don't worry, the anchors won't bother you as they automatically move away from any text/image.

No problem! Minimize it! PiP mode will be enabled.

Always on Top: Set any window to always be above others, allowing you to view important information without switching between windows.
Picture-in-Picture (PiP): Minimize the window to a picture-in-picture view. So you can view multiple windows at the same time.
Opacity: Adjust the window's opacity so you can see other windows behind it.
Click Through: Click through open windows to interact with those behind them.
Anchors: Pin windows in a specific position on the screen for easy access.
Dark Mode: Switch the window to dark mode to reduce glare.
