The Ideal RAM Size for Gaming

الحجم الامثل للرام (ram) لتشغيل الالعاب

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,

RAM (Random Access Memory) is like the midfield in a football game; it is the central component of your computer that determines its performance. It plays a crucial role alongside other components, making RAM the essential element.

When purchasing a computer or laptop, you should first consider the processor (iCore), as it is the main controller in laptops. After that, you need to inquire about the RAM specifications of the computer or laptop.

Three years ago, the optimal RAM size was 4 GB, which was sufficient to keep the computer running smoothly. However, with the emergence of high-graphic games, there was a need for an upgrade in RAM size. A computer with 4 GB of RAM is now unable to run all games and applications effectively. Even if you manage to run them, the performance will not match that of a system with 8 GB of RAM, leading to significant slowdowns and preventing you from running anything extra, like a music file, while gaming.

With the rise of high-graphic games and demanding applications, having a computer with only 2 or 4 GB of RAM is no longer ideal. Now, as we enter 2017, I recommend purchasing either 8 GB or 16 GB of RAM. A system with 16 GB of RAM will keep up with all changes in games, whether in graphics or other aspects, and it will remain relevant for a long time. It will provide you with exceptional speed in your computer's performance, allowing you to multitask, such as playing a game while listening to music or browsing the internet without noticing any slowdown.

In conclusion, a computer with 16 GB of RAM is the ideal choice, followed by one with 8 GB of RAM.
