Download and Activate ApexSQL BI Monitor Professional Edition
Working alongside SQL Server, this application allows database and server administrators to monitor analysis, integration, and reporting services.
Designed to work in conjunction with SQL Server, ApexSQL BI Monitor is a performance monitoring tool with built-in real-time alerting and reporting capabilities.
An installation process that configures the server and connections
The setup process requires your attention, as there are several settings you need to customize, including server authentication details, web server connection parameters, ports used, and more. SQL Server must be installed on your computer to link the ApexSQL BI Monitor to the database. Optionally, you can create a new server account during installation.

Web-based monitoring application for SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS
ApexSQL BI Monitor runs in your default web browser, providing a web-based interface to manage all services. It allows you to add analysis, reporting, and integration services for any server instance running on your computer. All services can then be monitored through a central dashboard.
The application can monitor various performance metrics for each service category: storage capabilities for SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services), data migration for SSIS (Integration Services), and Windows services and web services for SSRS (Reporting Services).

Real-time alert notifications and advanced reporting options
ApexSQL BI Monitor features a real-time alert system that notifies administrators as soon as a performance parameter for any monitored server instance goes down.
Additionally, detailed reports can be generated for custom time ranges, containing information related to SQL services and pending or resolved alerts. In other words, ApexSQL BI Monitor can report on the health of targeted SQL Server instances or just the services that are running.
Monitoring SQL Server Service Performance
ApexSQL BI Monitor can collect data regarding the operation of monitored SQL Server instances. It reports on various performance metrics and allows the administrator to ensure that the database server is functioning properly at all times.
